My wife and I are always asked to bring hot wings whenever we go to a cookout or barbecue, I guess we are getting kind of known for our hot wings now. We always bring wings with different heat and flavor levels, My wife really likes the sweet and spicy flavor like the mango habanero sauce. I myself prefer a little more heat, but I think that the Ghost peppers are just too hot !! You can check out some of the free hot wing recipes on my website and experiment with the amount of heat that you would like.

I personally have been in 3 hot wing eating contests, Which I hate to brag, but I won all 3. The contests that I was in brought out different levels of wings, at first they would start out giving you just plain old hot wings, and then every time the wings came out they just kept getting hotter, Well I'll tell you in one of the contests, The final wings that they brought out had Ghost peppers in their recipe, I'll tell you those peppers are not for the faint of heart and those wings separated the men from the Boys.
