People have a lot of needs to survive. Food is most important amongst those things. A person normally has to have meal three times daily. It would breakfast in the morning, lunch, and dinner in the evening. The food you eat should be nutritious and would give nourishment to your body to have a healthy living.

Once the seeds have rooted, you don't have to keep watering it everyday because it will survive on its own. The roots can absorb the water coming from the trees or some other resources nearby to support the leaves and keep the plant healthy. Without you knowing it, after how many weeks you can have the most nutritious vegetables at no cost included in your daily meal.

Having a garden full of organic seeds and vegetable for sure could help you and your community. Once they see you planting and harvesting those plants, they would realize the essence of a healthy environment and healthy living as well. Through this simple steps, illness that you may get from commercialized foods will be avoided. Yes, it is true that commercialized food taste better than the organic food but you need to remember the end result of eating it.
